Who we support
Children and adults with disability
For children and adults with developmental delay, autism, intellectual disability, or other support needs, music therapy supports movement, communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and independence. Sessions may include singing, instruments, movement, or songwriting, tailored to each person’s strengths and preferences.
People with psychosocial supports or mental health challenges
Music therapy can provide a safe space for expression, confidence building, and emotional regulation. For young people and adults experiencing mental health challenges, music can be a bridge to connection and a tool for developing coping strategies.
Older adults with age-related conditions such as dementia or Parkinson’s disease
Music therapy has a powerful impact in aged care. For people living with dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke, or other neurological conditions, music can unlock memory, lift mood, support movement, and ease anxiety. Sessions focus on improving quality of life, communication, and social connection.
