Speech Pathology
Gold Coast Speech Therapy for Kids and Adolescents
Supporting communication, connection, and safe swallowing across all stages of life.
Speech pathologists (also called speech therapists) help people communicate and eat safely. At QPAH, our speech pathologists work with children, adolescents, adults, and older people to build skills in speech, language, literacy, social communication, voice, and fluency, as well as assessing and supporting safe swallowing.

Why Qpah?
Speech Therapy for All Ages
Children and Adolescents
We support children with speech and language delays, stuttering, voice difficulties, literacy challenges, and social communication needs. Our team also works with autistic and neurodivergent children, using affirming approaches that build on each child’s strengths.
Adults
We support adults with communication difficulties from disability, brain injury, stroke, or conditions such as Parkinson’s disease. Therapy may focus on improving speech clarity, using alternative communication (AAC), or rebuilding communication skills after illness or injury.
Older Adults
Our speech pathologists also provide swallowing assessments and therapy to support safe eating and drinking, often in collaboration with family, carers, or aged care staff. This helps maintain both health and quality of life.
