Early Learning Partnerships
Kindy Uplift aligned educator support, regulation and communication programs
Queensland Premium Allied Health (QPAH) partners with early childhood services across the Gold Coast, Northern NSW and regional Queensland to deliver embedded educator professional development, coaching and allied health support focused on regulation, communication, participation and inclusion.
Our Early Learning Partnerships support kindergartens, long day care centres and early childhood educators through practical, evidence-informed programs aligned with Kindy Uplift priorities.
Whether your service is looking to strengthen emotional regulation, communication and language development, inclusion practices or educator confidence, our multidisciplinary allied health team can tailor a partnership to your centre’s goals.

Embedded early childhood support
Building educator capability
At QPAH, we believe meaningful change occurs when educators are supported not only through professional development workshops, but through live modelling, in-room coaching, mentoring and collaborative reflection within real early childhood learning environments.
One-off PD doesn’t change practice. Supported implementation does.
